How to Upload Client Files in Fullness CRM

The Client Files feature in Fullness CRM allows you to store and manage documents related to a specific client. Uploading files directly to the client profile helps keep contracts, documents, and other important materials organized and easily accessible for your team.

Follow the steps below to Upload Client Files in Fullness CRM.

  1. Navigate to Client Management
    • From the Fullness CRM dashboard, locate the side menu.
    • Click on the Client Management section to open the client list.
  2. Open the Client Profile
    • From the client table, select and open the client profile where you want to upload files.
  3. Access the Files Section
    • Inside the Client Profile page, navigate to the Files section.
    • You can open this section through the top menu bar within the client profile or through the Quick Actions panel on the main client page.
  4. Upload Client Documents
    • In the Files section, locate the Upload icon or Upload Files button.
    • Click the Upload option and select the documents you want to add from your device.
  5. Confirm the Upload
    • Once the files are uploaded, they will appear in the Files section of the client profile, allowing your team to access and manage them directly within Fullness CRM.
